Code of Conduct
CSE New Zealand has established a Code of Business Ethics and Conduct that outlines the principles of business ethics for the Group and covers areas such as business conduct, protection of Company assets, the confidentiality of information, anti-bribery/corruption and conflicts of interest.
All staff are expected to uphold high standards of integrity in compliance with the Code as well as laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate.
CSE introduced the Code of Business Ethics & Conduct (“COBEC”) guidelines for certification and acceptance for compliance by all employees. The objectives of COBEC are to protect the integrity of the Company’s decision-making process, enable our stakeholders to have confidence in the Company’s business ethics and protect the reputation of our employees.
